ISLAMABAD : Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed confidence in Pakistan’s ability to overcome economic and political challenges. During an interview, he mentioned positive developments in Pakistan’s relations with Iran and Saudi Arabia, and defended China’s investment in Pakistan through the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) as a reflection of economic cooperation and mutual benefits. The foreign minister expressed optimism about increasing economic activity between Pakistan and China and sought enhanced engagement with Russia while maintaining neutrality in the Ukraine conflict.
