ISLAMABAD (DAILY ITTEHAD ) : Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti chaired a meeting to assess the law and order situation in Gwadar and the progress of the Gwadar Safe City project, attended by provincial officials including Member of Balochistan Assembly Maulana Hidayatur Rehman and Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan. Discussions included measures for floodwater discharge, development schemes, and challenges faced by fishermen. Bugti emphasized the commitment to eradicate terrorism and assured comprehensive security for CPEC projects, highlighting their significance for national development. He praised the unified efforts of security forces and reaffirmed support for Chinese experts and laborers involved in Gwadar’s development.
