ISLAMABAD (DAILY ITTEHAD) : The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet, chaired by Federal Minister Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, met to address key economic issues. They approved the Ministry of Communications’ Framework Agreement for the Karakoram Highway realignment under CPEC and authorized the procurement of consultancy services for the Chakdara-Timergara Road Project. Additionally, the ECC revised the Home Remittances Incentive Schemes proposed by the State Bank of Pakistan to encourage greater remittance inflows, enhancing rewards for banks and exchange companies.
