ISLAMABAD (DAILY ITTEHAD) : Pakistan and China have signed six agreements and MOUs to promote bilateral cooperation, including joint cooperation on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), establishment of an experts exchange mechanism within CPEC, export of dried Chillies from Pakistan to China, realignment of the Karakoram Highway Phase II project feasibility study, an Industrial Workers’ Exchange Program MOU, and promotion of the strategic ML-1 project. The signing ceremony, witnessed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng, aims to strengthen economic relations between the two countries. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed confidence in achieving various projects and emulating the Chinese development model for progress and prosperity in Pakistan, emphasizing the unwavering friendship between Pakistan and China.
